§.1 General

1. The data administrator is SoftPos sp.z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw, ul. Okopowa 56/77, 01-042, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000773538, for which the registration files are kept by the Court in Warsaw, Division Commercial of the National Court Register, NIP: 9462686806. Data protection takes place in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and they are stored on secured servers.

2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations is used or as it is it is described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).

3. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced became the term "You", "Administrator" - "We".
